Pluris Energy is currently acquiring producing oil and gas assets in Latin American countries that offer strong deal-flow of underdeveloped hydrocarbon opportunities, robust infrastructure and attractive fiscal terms. Specifically, the Company is focused on building a balanced portfolio of producing, underdeveloped and exploration assets in highly prolific basins within Argentina, Colombia and Peru with a long-term mandate to expand production and enhance reserves of acquired assets through the drill-bit.
