Pluris in Argentina

Since winning the competitive bid to acquire 100% of the shares of Buenos Aires based E&P company San Enrique Petrolera, S.A., Pluris has continued to strategically position in Argentina to build critical mass and make Argentina its core area of South American oil and gas operations. Pluris recently secured the rights to acquire the Cerro Negro concession, located in the Golfo San Jorge Basin and further, entered into a third exclusive acquisition agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of a second Buenos Aries based E&P company with concessions located in the Neuquén Basin, Rio Negro Province. These three acquisitions represent to Pluris, combined producing oil and gas concessions of over 430,000 net acres within the Neuquén, Golfo San Jorge and Austral Basins, providing the Company and its shareholders extensive long-term development upside for years to come.

Argentina was chosen by Pluris Energy as the principal area of interest in Latin America to initiate its strategic build-out due to its impressive geology, sizable oil and gas reserves, under-drilled basins and huge exploration upside.
